About Me

Melenie Gonzalez is a Bachelor of Arts candidate in graphic design. She was born in Edinburg, Texas and moved to Milwaukee, WI when she was a teenager. As a young teenager, Melenie Gonzalez’s passion towards skateboarding inspired her to be an artist. Her main focus is logo design and portraits. She has a great understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. She has created unique designs for individual clients. Besides her digital work, Melenie enjoys using a variety of mediums such as charcoal, spray paint, acrylic, and watercolor. She has painted at Splash 7, an all womens street art event in Chicago.  She painted a mural in honor of Breonna Taylor and Vanessa Guillen. She is confident in her ability to come up with unique ideas. After graduation, Melenie hopes to be creative in everything she does. She aspires to keep traveling and meeting new places and people.
